• Wednesday – Staff arrival from 10:00 (site setup)
• Thursday 6th August – First campers arrive from 12:00
• Friday 7th August – Remaining campers from 09:00; event runs 10:00 until late
• Saturday 8th August – Day visitors welcome; event runs 09:00 until late
• Sunday 9th August – Event concludes at 17:00
